Each tin toy starts out as a single piece of tin plate.Ê Artists then cut the tin into individual pieces and punch, stamp, curve and emboss them.Ê Once the individual pieces have been completed, they are soldered together by hand, have their moving mechanisms fit, are sprayed with color and, finally, embellished with paint by hand.
